Accelerating into the future

Hello,

This is your local Mitchell1 rep Jeff Haber. aka the new guy.  So I'm using this first post to share a bit about me and what I'm doing here. First up I'm a Bay Area native, born in Berkeley raised in Santa Cruz and currently live in Half Moon Bay with my wife. Fun fact I've lived in in each county I serve (San Mateo, San Francisco and Marin).  I've had a lot of cheap cars over the years because I surf and am hard on them inside and out. VW's, some Volvo's, a great Ford Escort and that money pit Miata I thought I'd turn into a track car.  My knuckles have been bloody and greasy from lack of tools and little knowledge about how to work on cars. Like everyone I've met in this industry, I really like cars and driving.  I am the nut behind the wheel.

I've spent much of my career in software start-ups. I came Mitchell1 seeking a change. My goal is to apply my experience from being part of emerging technologies and digital transformation projects in the  growing start ups I've worked in.  And apply the knowledge learned helping small and large companies evolve their business, products, process, and services using technology as a key enabler.  The fun part is scaling that down into how it can impact your business, help your team work more efficient, optimize your processes, grow your shops business and ultimately drive increased profitability. That part stokes me out!

As an optimist, I believe that embracing change can lead to growth and new opportunities. I encourage you to brainstorm, collaborate with trusted people, to find new and better ways of doing your day to day work. For example, call Mitchell1 tech support and have them show you something you don't now how do to with your software. Mostly, I want to hear your feedback, what you may need help with , what you'd like our solutions to do. Let's talk about areas you could expand your offerings to your customers, how to retain good help, how to train your team to be more self sufficient. I like to think we provide you with "undetected goodness" that you can rely on, part of your Pit Crew to help you finish every race.
